I wanted to sincerely thank you for the consideration you have extended to me on the installation of my kitchen floor. You took an inadequate bid submitted to me from Carpet Exchange and not only beat it but generously offered to include the extra work that they had neglected to include on theirs. The situation could have been complicated and extremely stressful for me. It has meant a lot to me in toomany ways to list, butI do consider this a blessing.

Furthermore, I’d like to call to your attention a most remarkable employee of yours, Adam Neuman. From the minute he engaged with me in your store on 88th and Wadsworth, he was a valuable source of much needed information. His delivery was relaxed, understandable and informative without being pushy, arrogant or too friendly. In other words he came across in a sincere manner and in a natural way. He was even able to advise me on a bit of technicalities which, made a big difference while I was dealing with an unfriendly, uncooperative insurance company.  He was the initial reason for my confidence in Carpet Mill. I have appreciated his service a great deal.

My floor is scheduled to be installed on November 10th. I have been waiting since July. My experience with Carpet Mill so far has made it well worth the wait.

Attention Tim,

At the home show in 2014 we met Tim in the Carpet Mill booth. We were impressed with him and the carpet he was showing.

At the 2015 home show, we again met Tim and questioned him about carpet he showed us last year and had the same carpet as the year before. We invited him to our house to measure and give us a quote.

At this time he asked us to register for a $1,000 drawing, which we did just to pacify him, knowing we probably would not win!  The quote was acceptable and we gave him a down payment and scheduled the installation for March 19th.

The installation went very well and the installation crew was very professional and efficient. Two weeks later we received a call informing us that we won the drawing, the first time we won anything in years.

I am writing to you about the positive experiences we have had with the store manager in Arvada and the contractors completing the work.


My husband and I were in the middle of a transition after making the difficult decision to move from Broomfield, CO to Austin, Texas. My husband lost his job in October 2010 and I was laid off in June 2011. Fortunately, my husband got a job in June. We made the difficult decision to sell our home and move to Austin in July 2011.


With that decision, we came to the Arvada store and told Larry our situation and what we needed in carpet. I had lots to worry about since we needed to fly back and forth between states until we could complete our move. Larry took care of everything. He made us fell at ease because he was so knowledgeable about the product, the finance process and the installation scheduling. I worked with him on my schedule and he worked with the contractors to find a date for installation. He also provided an estimate of costs for granite and installation. He provided accurate information to help us make a good decision. He went above and beyond any service I would have expected. believe me, with all the stress I was feeling, Larry’s commitment to my family, helped take the edge off.


The same holds true with the contractors assigned to our projects. We were in the midst of packing, while they were installing. The carpet installation, the ladies at Pinnacle granite, and the guys who installed the granite. All were professional and accommodating to our needs and to ensure they delivered and installed the product(s) with care and quality. A big thank you to these wonderful people!

Dear Jim,
I am writing to you to tell how wonderful CyndiLee Bennett and John (your vinyl installer) have been to work with.

We met CyndiLee in the final stages of building our new home before she moved to the Lakewood store. She was patient and creative with a great sense of humor. She helped us sort through all the options for our home and the new furniture we were buying. After closing on the house, we called CyndiLee and discovered she’d moved to the Lakewood store. We insisted on continuing to work with only her as we felt she had established a strong relationship with us and understand our needs. She came to our home, helped us finalize our plans and order our area rugs and vinyl. She even took the time to look at some of the accent paint options we are considering and offer her opinions.

Enter John the wonderful vinyl installer. He did such a great job installing the vinyl in the 340SF back room to my brand new 2000SF art studio in my new home that on the spot we ordered vinyl for our heater room which he installed this week. During that installation, we mentioned that our area rugs should be in and he offered to check on them, pick them up and deliver them to us when he returns Monday evening to install our cove molding. He has been proactive and meticulous in his installations. He showed me where the seams are and I still can’t see them. He made sure that my general contractor understood that we needed quarter round installed on top of the vinyl so it wouldn’t curl (for which I’m so grateful).

In short, both John and CyndiLee have been a delight to work with and I’ve been recommending them and your store to all of our friends who admire our carpet and vinyl. I’ve copied CyndiLee on this email but I don’t have an email address for John, so I’d appreciate you forwarding this email to him. It’s nice to know that people notice when you go above and beyond.
