Conditions of Lowest Price Guarantee

If Carpet Mill Cannot beat the price quoted from a reputable local retail competitor on the same item we will double the difference between the two quotes back to the customer.
Written proof must be provided within 60 days, from a reputable local retail competitor (wholesalers, distributors and internet contacts excluded.
Product must be a sampled running line product, verifiable in writing as the exact item.
All specials, drops, off goods or floor stock are excluded.
Padding, installation and freight charges are excluded.
All warranty’s and guarantee’s are not applicable unless flooring purchase is paid in full.
Prior sales are excluded.

Conditions of Satisfaction Guarantee

You must contact us within 15 calendar days of delivery.
All said warranty’s and guarantee’s are not applicable unless flooring purchase is paid in full.
Carpet must be installed by Carpet Mil Outlet Stores. Any cash and carry sales are excluded.
All manufacturing defects are excluded.
Replacement carpet of higher value must be purchased at the full retail price of the product and the original purchase price of the first carpet will be credited to the sale.
No cash refunds on lesser value products.
Carpet Mill Outlet Stores retains ownership of the original carpet being replaced.
Installation is excluded from he offer. You must purchase your replacement labor from Carpet Mill Outlet Stores. You will be charged the retail installation charges for your replacement carpeting.

Padding is excluded from offer.
Glue down carpet is excluded from offer.
Restocking fee of $ .30 sqft. will be charged on return materials.

Pertains to installation only when carpet, padding and labor are purchased from Carpet Mill Outlet Stores.
Pertains only to the original purchaser in the original owner occupied installation area.
Pertains to areas covered by manufactures wear warrantys (excludes high traffic areas, hallways,stairs, areas carpeted other than floors, or any special upholstery work).
Pertains to new carpeting and new padding. All used or existing materials are excluded.
Such guarantee’s shall apply only when performed within a fifty-mile Front Range radius of outer Denver Warehouse or fifty-mile radius of out Fort Collins Warehouse.
Carpet labor and re-stretch guarantee applies only if carpet is cleaned by Menders (303-331-6573) or Fine Carpet and Fabric annually (303-650-1400). Manufacturers recommend cleaning traffic areas every six months and the whole house once a year. Failure to clean annually will void such guarantee. Customer must provide cleaning receipts before warranty work.
All other applications are excluded.
All said warranty’s and guarantee’s are not applicable unless the flooring purchase is paid in full.
